possibly a heart condition? Myocardial infarction? Angina?

this post is in regards to symptoms that i think may be heart related.

First off i'd like to say that i'm 20 years old. 6ft1-2 (187cm) 160 pounds (72.7kg)
Before describing symtpoms, i had a recent blood test and everything (blood count, blood sugar, thyroid, cholesterol, iron, kidney/liver function & so on) was at 'perfect' levels, only my vitamin d was low (dark skinned) i have been taking 5000 iu of vitamin d3 daily ( a week so far ) to fix that. i also have Polycystic kidney disease. i had high blood pressure (caused by pkd) was at about 130/85 which progressed to 140/90 then reached its peak at 156/95. though with exercise being picked up again (proper exercise [30 mins - 1 hour a day]) my bp is rarely over 125/80 and usually 110-120/65-75. it does rise back up again if there is no activity for about a week. resting heart rate is roughly 55-65.

diet and exercise.
for about 9 months before symtpoms i did little to no strenuous exercise. my diet was fine except, because of the fast food deals around here at least once every 3 weeks at most twice a week( much less frequently). i would go out and get myself 2 large pizzas(only meal of the day). pizza, as ive discovered is horrendous as with the sodium & fat levels being so high, im sure that it had something to do with the problems ive faced as symptoms started a day after my last pizza feast.( have discontinued any unhealthy food), have begun a much much healthier diet, really low in sodium and saturated fats.(this had gone on for roughly 9 months)

symptoms

first symptoms were those consistent with intermittent claudication.
this included pain in the calves and legs after movement (no set distance), tingling in the legs and feet when lying down and when undertaking random tasks.
pre symptoms to this was having a sharp tingling pain in my heel when in the shower.
after exercising for a week these symptoms almost disappeared then seemed to fully disappear after beginning my vitamin d intake but i think that may have just been coincidental. nevertheless exercise has helped and now it hardly ever occurs.
had veins&arteries from hip down checked for blockages, and nothing was found.

resltess sleep, that may be connected to vitamin d, im unable to get more than 4-5 hours of uninterrupted sleep.

heart related symptoms.
these symptoms started roughly a week ago.
a weird feeling in the left side of my chest, like i can feel the left side of my heart. the mildest of pains (maybe a 2-3/10). Sometimes its present on the right side, hardly ever in the middle. these symptoms go away when exercising. these symtpoms arent present for about 2-3 hours after waking up. these symtpoms come and go.
Next symtpoms
pain in arms:
pain on the outside of my bicep inbetween the bicep and tricep occurs randomly, and more on the left arm than the right(rare). it seems to happen with or without the chest pain & especially if im sleeping on my left arm.

theres been an acute pain that seems to be where my left shoulder blade is, usually the same place the heart pain is found on the front of my body that comes and goes, pain is also fairly frequent in the upper middle of my back. also when arching my back theres pain over my trapezius muscles.

sometimes i get neck pain that seem to either happen on or inside the carotid arteries usually on the left sometimes on the right. this comes and goes randomly. also theres pain in the uper back of the neck too.

it seems every morning i wake up i get upper jaw tenderness/pain. seems to happen when i lay in bed awake for too long.

sometimes when in bed, its as if my upper abdomen swells up , and when feeling this area its as if im tensing my abdomen, seems to go away when laying on back. rarely happens.

another area where i have a tingling sensation is in the back of my head. and just recently my left arm + hand when exerting my self physically (pushing myself, sprinting), which can also lead to mild light headedness.

problems that seem like indigestion, random burping. feeling like theres just something not right in my stomach.

just as i've been working out now, once completed i had all these symtpoms  except for the middle of the upper back + neck pain + tingling in head.
& if it means anything, just recently my eyesight in my right eye has deteriorated slightly, leading to fuzziness in the right eye. probably at 75/80 percent of the left eyes capabilities.

im interested to hear what your thoughts are on this, i know its quite a lot to process but i wanted to be as thorough as possible.
Alot of these symtpoms link up with angina, but unless genetically predisposed i doubt i have it. uncle had a blockage in a peripheral vein/artery at age 24, that caused no symptoms but was still removed.

To be honest, with your age I would be highly surprised if the problems were due to heart disease or heart infarction. The only real possibility with your heart is a blood disorder (ruled out) or a birth defect of the organ which can be ruled out with an Ultrasound (echocardiogram).

another symptom is sometimes the area between my ankle and lower calf is swollen when im in the shower for maybe more than 15 mins. it used to happen in both in 5 mins or so, but due to exercise only in the right after a longer amount of time and less painful than it was initially.
