post heart attack exercise program

Nine weeks ago, I suffered an acute anterior wall MI. I suffered a ventricular tachycardia arrest and was given a DC cardioversion. Successful PTCA and stenting of the proximal LAD with reduction of the occlusion from 100% to 0% using a bare metal stent .My immediate EF was 35% but has since gone up to 40%. After completing six weeks of cardiac rehab my MET level has gone from 1 to 6.4. I would like to know where to research for more detailed information on how to proceed to the next level of regaining my life back. Very blessed to be alive and thank you for any help you can provide.

I had an Anterior wall MI back in October 2007. My EF at the time of discharge from the hospital was 26%. I am on a series of medications to effect recovery from the illness.I have not been advised any sort of invasive procedures like angiogram or angioplasty. Though the quality of life has not improved much I am fully hopeful that I would be able to regain my lost health to a great extent.
