post-partum cardiomyopathy

I have gotten so much conflicting information on whether it is advisable to have another child after suffering from PPCM. I was diagnosed late (at 7 months postpartum) and my EF was 48%. At 10 months PP my EF was up to 55%. Some cardiologists have told me it is not advisable to attempt another pregnancy b/c I am at a greater risk of developing a more severe case of PPCM. Others have told me that since I have a good EF, there is no reason not to get pregnant again. What are your opinions? Is there any medical research you could lead me to that will help me make this very important decision? Thank you, Julie
