pounding heart beat after dinner, tachycardia, difficulty in sleeping, frequent urge to pass stool.

please help,

Im a 30 year old man, I used to drink & smoke regularly. on august 1 2011 at 3am I woke up with a weird feeling of extreme tachycardia & urge to pass gas /stool. So I relieved myself & tried to sleep again. Within minutes as I lay on bed I felt as if my heart will pounce out of my chest as it was beating heavily & faster like it never did before in my life time even after running for hours on a treadmill, I tried closing my eyes but they kept blinking involuntarily, I felt a sudden rush of VERY HOT blood (hot flushes) in all my limbs, my genitals felt like it sank in (shrunk).
I was taken to the ER (took me about 20 minutes, by then i was completely normal with just a minimal pain in my head as I had over 180 ml of alcohol before going to bed that day) they took my ECG & BP. ECG=borderline T-wave abnormality, with a BP of about 180/113 they did a trop -t test (heart attack test) which came negative. they administered Lasid I.M. & amlodipine 5 mg. Kept me in the ER for about 4 hours & discharged saying that i need to get a stress echo done.
The next day I had all my routine blood (high cholesterol levels of LDL & VLDL >300 & HDL <30), stool & urine test, whole abdomen Ultra Sound chest x ray & everything came normal. The doctors suspected of Pheochromocytoma of adrenals, as they thought its exaggerated release of adrenaline. I got urine VMA & urine metanephrines (came out to be negative) MIBG scan(Normal), 24 Hr. holter monitoring (normal), coronary angiography  CT (Normal),PFT, KFT, thyroid, TSH, T3 T4 (normal) Blood sugar PP & fasting (normal) & 2d EEG (showed reduced compliance, left ventricular hypertrophy but with a good ejection fraction of 60%) ...
over a span of 2 months The episodes kept repeating in this duration  almost like once in every 3 days with gradual decrease in its severity. several ecg's were repeated but by the time i was rushed to any ER i was normal like nothing had happened.
Now the docs have given up as going by the evidence I got nothing. But As of now I get intermittent blunt & pricking pain on the left side of my chest mainly in the heart, excessive gas in the abdomen, urge to pass stool which eases the breathlessness & pain to a great extent. I have to pass stool for like 8-10 times a day (a repeat stool, urine & blood culture recently came out to be totally normal with no microbial growth seen.) I cant even climb to first floor or pick weights as little as 5 kg & walk even 20 steps with it, without breathlessness. the pounding heartbeat & tachy is noticed only after dinner with pain 2 inches left of my naval.
I have quit smoking, drinking, tea, coffee, carbonated drinks, colas or soda on the very first day of this episode. I take boiled veggies with no salt almost 6 days a week in each meal along with 3-4regular chapatis & cooked veggies with minimum spices & low sodium salt. Brisk walk everyday for 1 hour & do some meditation & yoga & have reduced some weight. i was over weight at 90 kilos now weigh around 81 & stand 5 feet 10".

EVERY report except the ECG(borderline T wave abnormality), & EEG (with reduced compliance & LV Hypertrophy) is normal. But I still get chest pain & breathlessness after dinner that last for 2-3 hours with an urge to pass stool, excessive gas all throughout the day.

my current medication
Moxovas0.2 mg (for BP) - BD
Nervez-G (methylecobalamine & gabapentine)-BD
Rivotril 0.5 mg- BD
Ramistar-h10- OD
Novastat TG -10(Rosuvastatin & fenofibrate) to reduce cholesterol -OD

After this long & agonizing post Please tell me what is it im suffering from? & how to cure it?

P.S Im a physical therapist

I hope you are not satisfied with that diagnosis PANIC DISORDER.
It is OK to take those pills you got for a while until you figure it out what to do without them. Get your body and mind in a Perfect shape by Yoga, that is the most wonderful tool. Do not neglect it, but master it!
Also meditation and  the yoga breathings  are important for your well being.

Last time I was mentioning not being in your center. I think it could be very beneficial to you to look in to this:

Thanks for your advice. But  I cant figure out whats wrong with me?
I notices a few days ago that i get more breathless & my pounding increases if I dont pass stool or relieve gas. It can be IBS but nothing can be said for sure & thats what gets me more worried & drives me to panic.
Thanks again

well well well, I have been visiting regularly to my cardiologist & he sent me to a psychiatrist for further evaluation. As I told the psychiatrist about my condition & feelings he patiently pulled out a fat book from his shelf & pulled up a page containing information about PANIC DISORDER. I was amazed that every word or story told so far was written in that book word by word. He diagnosed me with panic attacks & now im on anti depressants. I feel much better after a few months of his treatment but the
Chest pain is as it was
gas/urge to pass stool is less but more of diarrhea (loose stools) now.
stopped monitoring BP as advised by my psychiatrist
I get breathless on mild exertion or while lifting weights in excess of 10 kg
I have no idea where im going at times these symptoms also resemble left ventricular hypertrophy with reduced compliance which im already diagnosed with. Please bear with me as Im unsure of whats wrong with me & if im on the right medication for the right condition.
My current medication
MORNING
1. moxovas 0.2 mg(MOXONIDINE for BP)
2. clotas plus HD (colenezapam 0.25mg +propranolol 10 mg)
EVENING
1. moxovas 0.2 mg
2. XET CR PLUS 12.5 mg (paroxitine or paxil 12.5 mg + clonezapam 0.5 mg)
3. novastat TG 10 (cholesterol)

Also, I notice tachycardia if I get up from my sleep to go to pee & then find it difficult to sleep again, & my heart pounds for 5-6 beats when I take 1 step

In my opinion you are not in your center this is what you are suffering from.
Calm down, you must tier yourself up day by they just thinking how ill you might be.
Listen to your doctor and keep doing more yoga –meditation-weight loss….you are on a right spot with all those!:)

Good luck.
