If someone with a heart murmur was to take an upper such as speed or ectasy could they be in danger of having further problems?

Dear Angie
Obviously, I would not recommend anyone taking such drugs, as they can cause serious illness or death. For people with heart disease, the risks would be even greater.
I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck. Feel free to write back.
