premature ventricular contractions

I am one of these chronic PVC sufferers. Why is it at times, I tend to get more Palpitations when I stress my heart out, meaning I may not get any until I crawl out of bed or in the shower. Sometimes these beats seem to be brought on by movement. I can sit and not get any and as soon as I increase my heart rate and do something I may get them quite frequently (a few a minute). At other times I can get them at any time. Do you think that these things are psychologically induced??? Or could be??? I just wish I didn't have them just like everybody else.  I have had a cardiac work-up and  stress test. Of course at the time I did not have these beats until cool down. Is there anything wrong with palps during exercise??? I do indeed get them and when they are bad I just don't exercise because it makes them worse and not better for me...
