If you are having a problem with prinzmetal angina, are you taking a calcium channel blocker?  Ken is right, in that chest vibration doesn't sound like it would be caused by any angina.  But if you are looking for a natural treatment for the angina you could try taking magnesium and zinc.

Prinzmetal angina or variant angina is a spasm of heart vessels and the constriction can cause angina (chest pain) due to a temporary deficit of blood supply to the heart cells.

I believe the sensation of chest vibration may be a problem with your respiratory system....possibly lung infection...worst case scenario.  You may want to see your doctor to rule out any medical problem that could be serious.
