probable old anterior myocardial infarction
I had an ECG last September and again a week ago at UCLA for a pulmonary medication research study.  The result given  was "probably old anterior myocardial infarction."  They suggested I contact my doctor, so I did.  I gave him a copy of the ECG strip (most recent).  He checked my history and said there was a similar ECG from 2001, but the interpretation was negative. ( My own medical facility has made many errors in the past.  I don't trust them.)  He said it's up to whomever reads it at the time.  He ordered another ECG and a stress treadmill with Thallium.  What do you think?  Are there other tests?  I'm worried.  I have a 9 year-old son to raise!
