pulmonary hyertension/Eisenmengers?

Dear Doc:
Currently, I have had an echo showing mild AI, PI, and TI.  Also, very slight right vent. enlargement and pulmonary hypertension.
I took a test at the clinic that indicated that as my heart rate rises duing excercise, my oxygen levels drop . They are now scheduling me for a VQ to check my lungs for a blood clot and a right heart excercise cath. to check pressures for pulmonary hypertension.  (which the doctor believes is likely).
The stuff out on the internet seems to indicate that this could be pretty hopeless!  Do  you know if they can treat or cure pulmonary hyertension?
I had a vsd repair at age six (they checked it for leaks but it looks ok).
It could not be done until I was six because in 1967, apparantly, they did not have the technology to deal with it.  They had planned to due the surgery around age 5, but I kept getting pneumonia, and they kept having to postpone it. I was in congestive heart failure during the first year of my life.  And also was born a "blue " baby.  My mom said I turned blue whenever I cried.  My parents said that the surgeons said the hole was about the size of a quarter.
Are there any possible things that could cause my oxygen to drop that might not be to serious?
I just had a baby a few months ago, so would appreciate any reassurance you might give me. Thanks!
Theresa
