pulse over 100 with irratic BP

I am a 49 YO female.  I have already have a 60% left pleural effusion with a calcified mass. I have a paricardial effusion, mitral and tricuspid regugitation and an undefined problem with the appendage of the heart.  My BP has fluctuated over the last month from 72/44 to 138/75 with a pulse rate of 106. I also have considerable abdominal edema.  I have 2 cardiologists looking at my tests, but have not had a definitive diagnosis, as of yet.  Could someone please give me some input on this.
