pulse rate 56and bp of 109/71

I have been experiencing weird readings on my home bp monitor, when i am sitting at the computer i have low readings as noted above(109/71 pulse 56. i normally run at normal to high 120/80 to 130/90 and pulse of 70 to 85. i have been having back pain for a few days but think that it is just a strain, it radiates from left upper back to under left arm. my question is shoud i go to er to have this checked? i have no other symptoms..

thank you

No, do not go to the ER as that is for emergencies only.  Contact your regular physician after the weekend or go to a walk-in clinic if you can't wait.  Your pulse rate and BP are great!  You must've done something to your back for you to think it is just a strain, so you are prolly right.
