Blood pressure is more of a concern than heart rate below 160 beats per minute.  If you are not on blood pressure medicine, you should make an appointment with your doctor to get on some or at least talk to your doctor about what you have been noticing with your blood pressure.  If your blood pressure is this resting, then what is it when you are moving around and working?
