pulse

I have been monitoring my pulse for 2 days now, the average is 97 over 55. I have felt sluggish for quite awhile and have just now looked into it.
Is this normal?

Do you mean that you blood pressure in 97/55.  Pulse is the number of heart beats in one minute, normal being around 60 to 100.  So your blood pressure of 97/55 is normal and is probably not responsible for the sluggishness.

I did nothing to get it down, that is the way it is. My mother suggested that the low # is too low. I am still sluggish and do not know why. I thought that might be my problem, but the Cleveland Clinic says it is normal.

If the numbers I gave you are normal, what do you think might be the problem?
