pvc and gallbladder surgery

My question is how safe is it to have gallbladder surgery if you are having alot of pvc's,(skipping heartbeats)  I have mild mitra valve prolapse with a trace of reguritation and I have alot of skipping heartbeats.  I am in bad need of gallbladder surgery and afraid to have it due to the aggravating pvcs.  What would be the best thing for them to put me to sleep with and who should I discuss this with?  I tried to discuss it with the surgeon and like most doctors where mvp is concerned he just blew my concerns off.  Mvp is real and causes some alot of problems with the way the heart beats.

Gallbladder surgery should be safe if all you have is PVC's and MVP.
