pvc pain

I recently had an in hospital stress test. I experiences severe pain when I had a pvc episode. Everything I read says this is begien, but my blood pressure was 187/97. The pain was real, with the pvc showing on the ekg. They gave me extra blood pressure meds and started colesteral(?) meds. I still have headaches and chest discomfort. The heart doppler said muscle was good and no heart attack. Any suggestions on things I can check out to get rid of discomfort and if it is so begin, why am I having such discomfort. Thanks for any suggestions.
