Sometimes not knowing is better than knowing -- I am sure you would agree with this now. It is probably easier to compare a RBBB and LBBBB on

Exercise stress test than to describe it. Look at this website for a picture of both types of BBB. Having a positive T wave in I, AVL, V5-6 is not consistant with a LBBB. Just out if curiousity, who measured the QRS
duration -- it may be the source of error. sometimes in young people it is easy to make mistakes because of increased voltage in young people and changes in the j point in some young people.

If it doesn't look like either of these and the QRS is wider than 120 milliseconds, we call this an interventricular conduction delay.
If you have a LBBB, a stress test if of no value except to determine your exercise tolerance. You can not see ischemic changes in the setting of a left BBB. If you do indeed have one, I would see a cardiologist to evaluate why this is the case.
