question for PVC/PAC sufferers

HI i was reading how many of you have hundreds to thousands a day and i was wondering if you actually feel every one. im 30 weeks pregnant and have been suffering with them since my pregnancy. I only have at the most 20 to 30 a day and that is on a bad day, sometimes i can go the whole day without one. When i have 20 or 30 in a day i get scared and think i shouldnt be having so many and then i read about others who have thousands. Also iv noticed i get them when i have indigestion wel i think its indigestion. I also have loads if i dnt sleep well the night before. Does anyone else experience them when pregnant or at hormonal times.

Yes I can feel every single one. The ******* keep coming every day. I can also tell the difference between PACs and PVCs. Well. I try to read a book to distract myself. :)

Sounds very much like my first pregnancy.  Some days were great, some days I had them at 6-10 a minute.  I did finally go to the ER to get checked out because I did feel every single one.  Even the staff were amazed that I did, and could tell the difference between a PAC and a PVC on top of it...without seeing the monitor, lol

Hyper-awareness is not fun.  Indigestion did seem to aggravate my palpitations also, and still does.  Hang in there!  You're gonna do great.

Congratulations on your upcoming bundle of joy!

i feel every single one too. i sometimes have thousands a day every other beat all day long. mine are absolutely hormonally charged. i have read other women say that thru out their pregnancies they came and went so hopefully yours will die down at some point. i didnt suffer with pvcs/pacs my first pregnancy but am seriously worried about getting pregnant again. my docs are concerned too, only bc of the number of them i have in a day. good luck to you and enjoy your pregnancy. -betsy

When I had thousands/day, I didn't actually feel all of them.  I was kind of in a constant arrythmia, so the pvcs wouldn't startle me.  They were just part of my "normal" pattern.  Hope that makes sense.

Now that I don't have as many, I seem to be more aware of the isolated pvcs.

Mine kicked up during an OB visit and were also prevalent during pregancies...Dang hormones!

Good luck to all you expectant moms!!  Lots of great times ahead!!

I am pregnant now and am having one about every 4th beat, sometimes more sometimes less but are having them constantly through the day and can feel every one.  I never had it so bad until I got pregnant but am hoping they will tone down soon as they come and go.  I am actually kinda, a little used to them although they still sometimes throw me for a loop.  I get scared when they come in runs like every other beat or the big ones that actually hurt and take my breath away, but figure they have been going on for awhile and I am still here, and so is all the people on this board so they are harmless.
