I think i have answer for you. Pls follow below mention procedure
(i) Take a stop watch. Most of the mobiles are having stop watch
(ii) Go to place where u are alone
(iii) Start stopwatch and laugh for no reason for 5 minutes.
After 5 mins of laughter exercise take 5 to 10 deep slow breathe. You will feel like u r in air. You get feeling of high. To hell with all worries.
You will bound to make it daily habbit. After a month or so you will find your heart rate will be as low as 60 or 65 bpm.

I am nurse at the hospital....my worst habit is checking my pulse and blood pressure at work too! I too have found that my blood pressure is fine (maybe a little on the low side) and that my pulse is high at work...between 90 and 105 but I think it is ok ofr it to be some what high because when you are at work your mind is constantly thinking and you are doing physical tasks etc....your body is not relaxed. (It is funny, I am good at giving advice but never listen to my own. If someone else is anxious or panicky I manage to calm them down but when it comes to myself...all logic goes out the window...that includes when I have runs of pvc's.)
