rbbbs in ecg

I had rbbbs in an ecg two years ago. the cardiologist then said it was not that significant.Last Saturday night I woke up at 3am with 'short of breath' condition. I panicked and called Emergency. The ecg then also showed rbbbs. The cardiologist now wants me to have a 'stressecho' done this Saturday. I panic a lot and I am very apprehensive about this. I feel short of breath at times. I also have a gastric sensation just below my ribs and the GP has put me on anti gastric tablets which seems to helping. Please let me know what all this means. My blood count is OK. Only neytrophils are 67%, esonophils are 5%. BP is 140/90

The EKG didn't show a heart attack, doesn't show ischemia (blocked vessels), and an enlarged heart can rule out many serious heart coditions.  But the EKG has many false negatives so the doctor wants you to have a stress test to be more assured.

You may electrolytic imbalance, thyroid disorder and many other posiblilities.  About 4 years ago I went to ER for shortness of breath, and the doctor very quickly knew that I had a heart disorder and treated!
