3 years ago I was diagnosed with PVC's. I have noticed that over time
the PVC's have become more pronounced (ie. I have fairly strong arrythmias). I am 33 years old. I noticed that when I am stressed that
they get worse. I do not drink, smoke, take caffiene. I am on
PaxilPaxil
Paxil cr 10mg.

My question is this: 1)Is it unreasonable for me to get a Stress Test &
Echo, or a
HolterHolter monitor (24h) Moniter again to reassure me that this has not progressed
into anything more serious? I have not had tests in 3 years, other than
EKGAtrioventricular block, ekg tracing
Ecg
Exercise stress test.
It seems like any time my adrenaline goes up the slightest bit, even if it
is from excitement, I get arrythmias. Other than that, I just get anywhere
from 20 to 200 noticeable PVC's in a given day. And yes, they are annoying/uncomfortable. I really do not want to be on a Beta-Blocker.
One more question, will exercise help decrease frequency of PVC's?
Thanks Again.
