reduced visualization of inferolateral wall at stress with rubidium stress/rest PET

Is this the same as ACWM?  I worry my chronic incomplete viral replication (EBV and HHV-6 IgG titers 5x's normal but IgA normal), which goes with my subtype of CFS/ME, is slowly infecting my heart as is common.  I have no insurance but got a free rubidium rest/stress pet to calibrate the machine which show s reduced visualization of inferolateral wall at stress with improvement at rest, mildly reduced contractility of the inferolateral wal, small scar/infarction on infarlateral wall with mild peri-infarct iscemia.  Normally, CFS patients of my type are holtered to check their heart and 97% show ACWM which eventually can progress to cardio myopathy.  More med facts about me in my profile.  TIA to whomever educates me in cardiology diagnostics as I haven't been able to web-surf to connect these dots.
