how do i reduce reducing aortic dilation?

Hello and hope you are doing well.

To normalize the dilation of the aorta, the basic cause which has caused the dilatation needs to be dealt with. The aorta is considered pathologically dilated if the diameters of the ascending aorta and the aortic root exceed the norms for a given age. It could be due to an aneurysm or sometimes due to regurgitation. So, please discuss with your doctor about what has caused this dilatation. As therapy will be focused on the diagnosis.
