Four years ago I was diagnosed with rem cardiac arrithymia.
One of the holter reports showed only during rem sleep an interrmitent complete heart block the other showed high grade a-v block with a 4:1 a-v conduction. The longest r-r interval is 9.6 second associated with supravetricular ventricular asystole with a 9:1 a-v response. during this time a measurable heart rate was not obtainable. With the help of a very good doctor the therapy we agreed to was a pacemaker. At the time little info was available for for this type of arrithymia. Now four years later is there anymore information available about this subject and has anyone to your knowledge been diagnosed with this as well?
Thank you in advance for your help
