repeat of cardiolite

I had a quaduple bypass 10 years ago.I had a cardiolite stress test done in may of 2007.Found out that my heart was working 85% had scar tissue my Dr. said.Dr. said other han that it showed no blockege.Now a year later he wants me to take another ,you know these test is very expensive.Should I do another one this soon?
