repeat stenting

I am a 51 year old female and have had 11 stents the first the end of April 2009 , the last one three weeks ago, had a cath at one hospital and was sent to the heart hospital for this area, it was supposed to be a simple procedure, something went wrong and I coded in the cath lab they had to put off for several days and final put the 11 stent in (due to restonis), since having it placed my heart rate is 90 plus unless I am doing activities and then it is 130 plus and multiple pvc's I become short of breath and extremely weak and tired and feel as if I am going to pass out this has never happened with the past stents. Having been have chest pains but I do have angina due to several other blockage that are between 60 and 75% that are in vessel that are to curve to be navigated. { I take norvasc - valturna - carvedilol- imdur - spironolactone - plavix - aspirin -crestor - kapidex and carafate}  Is the high heart rate normal It started with in about a hour after the stent was placed my heart rate before this past episode was 50 and below. I do have high Blood pressure, not well controlled with meds.

Unfortunately it is impossible to be able to make an accurate assessment based purely on your description over the internet -- and not being able to see the primary data first-hand.  You have an extremely complicated cardiac history with multiple stents having been placed in the recent past. Your elevated heart rate could certainly be due to the multiple PVC's you are experiencing -- causing your heart rate to be recorded/or felt as being much higher than it really is. However, there are also a number of other causes for your heart rate to be elevated -- some of which could be benign and some which could underscore something more serious. If you are experiencing any new symptoms (palpitations, shortness of breath, change in exercise tolerance, etc), I would recommend being evaluated by your primary cardiologist who is not only familiar with your current medication regimen, but also with your coronary anatomy and previous interventions.

I guess I was just wondering after all the other stent placements my heart rate was around 50 or below, but now it is 90 plus and even higher with any physical demand and increased PVC, I've always bounced right-back and this time it's not happening, could this be a result of the CPR or is it possibly the new stent I'm sort of worried

to add the stent was placed in the ramus which already has a stent, the one in April 2010 was placed in the Lad due to restonis, one place in the ost rca & one in the ramus in Dec 2009,  three in the lad also in Dec. 2009 due to restonis, 2 stents in the distal LAD in august 2009, In April 2009 the first two stents in lad left anterior descending artery. and I have mild blockage in several other vessel that are to narrow to be treated.
