reversible ischaemia

At 69 with b.p.at 168 over 60 can i live normal life. I tire easy

are you a smoker? this can increase blood pressure. Blood pressure does naturally increase with age as the Arteries harden but there is a lot of medication which can
help with this, such as Ramipril. Tiring easily can have hundreds of causes from
lack of sleep to a lack in minerals in the blood. Maybe you should have several blood
tests first to see if you are lacking in something, which in turn is causing blood pressure to elevate.

Do you have any blockages from the ischemia?  If so, this is why you tire easily.  Your systolic pressure is high, you really need to get this down, are you on any BP meds?  If you can give us a little more information about yourself, it would help a lot.  Thanks!
