right axis deviation & palpitations

i am a slim 28 year old male weighing 67kg with 5ft 8inches height.

i can feel my heart pulse all over my body, specially in upper part of my body, my ecg(electrocardiogram) test shows a right axis deviation.
i went to a cardiologist and he checked and said everything is ok, it is because of anxiety.
but i don't feel normal because of that regular pulse beat which i feel.

so i want to ask that is everything ok ?

and i do regular excersise and running in gym, so is that ok for my heart ?

A right axis deviation would have concomitant issues if serious.  Apparently, the doctor has ruled out any medical significance.  Anxiety would cause the symptoms you are experiencing.  Sometimes a very tall person can have RAV as the heart may be positioned differently within the chest.
