right ventricle delay

What is right ventricle delay? Is it anything to worry about?

Dear Angie

Perhaps you are referring to a bundle branch block on the ECG. This refers to delayed activation of a ventricle. It can sometimes be associated with heart disease, such as coronary artery disease or conduction system disease; other times, it is an isolated abnormality on the ECG, with no particular significance.

I hope this has been useful. I wish you the best of luck.
