right ventricular hypertrophy

my 5 yr old daughter suffer from high grade fever, stomachache and vomiting for 5-6 days.She was administered with antibiotic injections for 4 days.then she was alright for 12 days.again she suffered from fever since yesterday.her ECG shows  right ventricular hypertrophy and trachycardia (140) .she complains about chest pain, headache and foul smell. her Hb comes down to 8 grms and her weight is 14 kg. she lost 2 kg in last 15 days.pl. suggest me what should i do?

Given the large constellation of symptoms your daughter is experiencing (in addition to her very young age), this would be something that I would recommend further evaluation by a pediatric heart specialist. There are a number of conditions that can affect the heart after an illness (especially viral). The drop in her blood counts, weight loss, and elevated heart rate are concerning enough that I would seek evaluation sooner rather than later
