I'm a bit confused, you say you 'HAD' septal wall ischemia, and then ask the best remedy? You still have it? Hasn't a cardiologist been dealing with your case? do you have symptoms? How long ago was it diagnosed and what size was the blockage?

That is correct.  The question is not very precise, and the condition can be a septum defect (hole between the two upper or lower chambers)

Yes and just to add, the septum separating the top two chambers of the heart (atria), is called the interatrial septum. The septum seperating the lower two chambers (ventricles) is the interventricular septum.

Ischemia is lack of blood flow usually due to some blockage.  Septum is a wall of the heart's chamber and blood supply is with the left anterior decending artery. With just the info you have provided there may be some blockage causing a deficit of blood supply to the septum.
