severe atherosclerosis in aorta

severe atherosclerosis in aorta

out of a family of 10,4 has died of heart attack (mycardial  Infarction) before age 60,1 died of an anuersym, 2 had to have valve replactment, plus had a heart attack and survived. We have an unuaal amount of "dividers" ( for lack of the proper term) in the aortic valve ( doc said only 2 % of poulation has it)
I am 69, have had a heart attack at age 49, 2 angioplastys, carotid artery surgery, and have been taking vytorin and aspirin. After slipping on the ice,I went to see a chiropractor, thinking he could put my bones in place. He sent me for an X-ray, and when it came back, the x-ray showed my aorta, which it ois not supposed to show up. But is has lots of calcification enough so the X-ray read it as being bone in nature. should I have a stent put in or surgery to open up the artery better? Your thoughts are appreciated.

Given my family history
