severe fatigue/low blood pressure

I am 53 years old and have several major health problems but lately I have been fainting
for no apparent reason, its happened 6 times random times throughout the day no common
thread I have an excellent diet because I am allergic to soy and dairy so I don't eat any processed
foods at all, My EEG was normal my echo showed trace pericardial effusion, and trace mitral, pulmonic
and bicupid insufficiency,, my EF was recorded visually at 65% heart problems do run in my family
and I have chronic fatigue syndrome but this fatigue is unlike any I have had to deal with to present
I feel like I am tired and wired at the same time it is very uncomfortable and I am a full time student
and can't seem to be able to study at all I just want to lay down yet I can sleep at all when I lay down
on my left side my heart beats really fast yet my blood pressure is 90/52 they think it is ortho static
hypotension, I did not respond well to the fludocort and I want to know what are the side effect of this
medidrine doesn't sound good any advise.
