severe left sided pain

HI I AM A 31 YO FEMALE AND OVER THE LAST 5 YEARS HAVE BEEN HAVING WORSENING SYMPTOMS WITH NO EXPLANATION I'LL START OFF WITH HISTORY..DEGENERATIVE CHANGES IN SPINE CERVICAL LORDOSIS WHICH WENT ONTO NOW UNEXPLAINED LEG PAIN AND SWELLING LEFT GROIN PAIN PAIN UNDER RIBS CHEST AND NECK PAIN ALL ON LEFT SIDE IVE HAD VISION DISTURBANCES AS WELL I HAVE HAD AN MRI OF MY LEG WHICH SHOWED BONE MARROW AND TISSUE EDEMA OF THE TIBIA DOCTOR DOESNT KNOW WHY I HAD A ENDOSCOPE I HAVE SEVERE GASTRITIS I JUST HAD A COLONOSCOPY HAD 3 POLYPS REMOVED AND FOUND DIVERTICULOSIS HAD STRESS THALIUM WAS FINE BUT I HAD A CT SCAN OF ABDOMEN AND PELVIS WHICH RECENTLY REVEALED INFILTRATION OF THE ROOT THE MESENTERY SURROUNDING THE CELIAC AND SUPERIOR MESENETRIC ARTERIAL TRUNKS IT STATES THIS MAY BE DUE TO CHRONIC CHANGES VERSUS EDEMA AND INFLAMATION (inflammation) ..ABDOMINAL AORTA HAS CALCIFICATION ALONG ITS DISTAL ASPECT CONSISTENT WITH ATHERSCLEROSIS NO EVIDENCE OF ANYERYSM OR LYMADENOPATHY SHODDY SUPERFICIAL INGUINAL NODES ARE SEEN HAVE RULED OUT MS/LYME DISEASE THE OTHER THING IS MY BLOOD TESTS HAVE BEEN A LITTLE ABNORMAL BUT ALL I HEAR IS THATS NOTHING' LYMPHOCYTES ALWAYS LOW  ANION GAP ALWAYS LOW BUN AND BUN CREATINE ALWAYS LOW I AM A SMOKER BUT OTHER WISE HEALTHY NO FAMILY HISTORY OF ANYTHING LIKE THIS NO CAR ACCIDENTS NOTHING SO MY QUSTION WOULD BE COULD ATHERSCLEROSIS OR CALCIFICATION CAUSE THE LEFT SIDE OF MY BODY FROM NECK TO TOES FEEL INFLAMED ON THE INSIDE AND CAUSE THIS PAIN AND ARENT I A LITTLE YOUNG TO HAVE SOME OF THIS IM VERY SCARED THAT IT IS BEING PASSED OFF AS NOTHING ANY HELP  THANK YOU..........

No. The beginnings of atherosclerosis can be found in younger people, however, your symptoms sound more systemic in nature and the changes seen on the CT shouldnt really cause the symptoms you are describing. Also and unfortunately they are very non specific. It sounds like you've had a thorough looking over. If you need further reassurace, my adivice would be to seek a second opinion from an Internal Medicine specialist that would be able to review all of your prior evaluation.

hello again if you so happen to read this doctor i did find out what the tightness on my left side was. i kept having allergic reactions to sulfites my prevacid,predforte, grapes and other items unbelievable all this time i thought is was my heart...thanks for response
