i am 28 years old, and i have been getting sharp pain on my left hand side, i have been to my doctor many times, even went to get my ECG done, once and all of them was ok.
i still wonder why i get this sharp pain, and dizziness, i am kinda confused, do not know what to do?
what do you think is the problem? there is no heart desease history on my family. even when i i can't sleep on my left hand side, i get so much pain if i do so. please help me. i need help. really.

Your chest pain is likely not related to the heart.  It most likely is caused by chest wall muscle or bone or ligament pain based on your description.  This isn't a serious condition, but probably provokes some anxiety leading to the rest of the symptoms.  I think that you need some reassurance, try some pain pills and consider physical therapy.
