shortness of breath-cad

I am 56 year old w/f who was restented a couple of months ago for a 90% occlusion of my lAD-I have another drug eluding stent within the first one-also the septal branch off the lad is severely occluded. After my first stent I felt great 3 years ago, since I had this intervention I still am basically having the same sx of loss of appetite, unable to eat very much without feeling like I ate Thanksgiving dinner, but my real conern is the shortness of breath-they redid my stress test which did not show ischemia, however when I was done I had a non-sustained run of VT. At my last doctors visit he told me my Left Ventrical END diastolic pressure was 20- which as a nurse I know probably I think it means I may have a little failure- I have looked at my cath reports and am not sure where he got this number from-I did not see it listed anywhere on any of the reports- he did put me on dyazide daily now and as long as I don't eat alot of salt I can tell a difference. I am paranoid that I am imagining my sx-
If someone can tell me how this  number is derived  (the 20) at least I can understand better where it came from.  I do plan to ask him at my next visit, but in the mean time would like to know if anyone can give me this info.
Thanks
