shoulder pain then nose bleed

I was at rest and then got a tightning/discomfort in myfront inner shoulder/ neck on both sides.. Followed a few minutes later by a nose bleed.. Very alarmed..

This sounds very nonspecific.  I can't really think of any association between nose bleeds and the above mentioned symptoms.  The tightness in the shoulder and jaw on both sides could be a sign of angina, ie, cardiac chest pain.  But this is very unusual and it is certainly not associted with nose bleeds.  I would recommend getting a stress test.  Not sure what to do about the nose bleeds other than getting routine blood work and a physical exam.
