situs inversus with dextrocardia

my 3 month old daughter was just diagnosed with situs inversus with dexrocardia and i was just wondering if i should be worried about this and if anything is going to happen to her as she gets older?

Not normally.  Usually it is isolated dextrocardia (without situs inversus) that can be associated with other congenital heart defects but not dextocardia situs inversus totalis.  It would be rare for her to have any future heart problems.  She should be seen by a pediatric cardiologist to make sure she has an echocardiogram and has no other associated congenital heart defects but like stated above this would be rare.
