sleep apnea, bradycardia help

hello everyone, im a 23 year old male 150 lbs and i need help. for the past 9 months ive been having chest problems, it started with pressure in the center of my chest moving all the way into my left arm. i have shortness of breath also. i was recently diagnosed with obsructive sleep apnea (mild) and ive been using the cpap, it helped me out a great deal but i am still hving chest symptoms, ive been in and out of emergency rooms bc i thought i was dying. finally i seen a specialist and he said the right chamber of my heart is dialated and that i need angiogram to rule out hypertension in the lungs. the doctors doubted they would find this bc of my age weight etc. so i just had the procedure done and they said my heart and lungs look good. during my stay i would fall asleep and the nurses would come running in because my heart rate would drop to 36-37 bpm.  while awake id say my heart rate is 50 and when i get relaxed about 40.  i left the hospital and my discharge papers said bradycardia. everyday seems to get worse for me. i wake up tired short of breath and chest discomfort. yesterday i had really bad chest pain and it seemed about every minute i would have a strong thump in my chest and a dropping sensation. i wa very light headed and ive also felt nauseated this whole week. anyone with advice i would really appreciate. sorry about grammer and spelling im on my phone. thanks.

also i am not athletic at all so that cant explain why my heart rate is slow, i want to exercise but i get tired too quickly and i run out of breath which then worsens my chest pain. i feel nuch better using cpap but i still sleep 10-12 hours to feel normal. also i have moments where everythings fake or not real in reality, i dont know if that has anything to do with this but i felt like mentioning it. Sorry for rambling im just desperatly looking for answers. thanks
