How many hours of sleep are you getting each day?
Maybe you should do a bit of research on diet, establish if you have a good balance of the things you require for energy etc. Maybe visit your Doctor and ask for a thorough blood check, you could be low on iron or a variety of things.

i go swimming daily 12.00 am go to bad and get up 7.00 am. i m not sure all all i eat health or not please. i have digest problem lack of appetite.
please suggest.
sounds like fatigue to me. Are you sleeping well and eating healthily? are you having regular exercise?
