slight pain or pressure in left side of chest

I am a 38 years old male non-smoker, non-drinker, 6' 3" 180lbs. Today is the 6th day I have felt pressure in the left side of my chest. The first day was more like a sharp pain or cramp that went into my armpit and a few inches down into my bicep  I also find that my left arm or hand mostly seems to fall asleep if I raise it (for example hold the phone to my ear). I don't have any shortness of breath my blood pressure and heartbeat are fine. Should I go to a walk in clinic or the hospital I don't have insurance so I don't want to pay one to hear them tell me to go see the other.

Not having any insurance may limit your options for consultations.  You do have symptoms of a cardiovascular issue, and if there is a general hospital that may be your best source for a diagnosis to rule out any serious issues..you may have to wait many hours if your condition is not urgent.  You may want to call a clinic or hospital for what to do guidence. Difference localities have their own facilities, etc. to treat the uninsured.
