small area of reversible anteoapical ischemia

i had a stress test on aug 4, 2009.  everything was normal, the doctor said.  but under "impressions" i noticed that a "small area of reversible anteroapical ischemia" was written.  please tell me what this mean.

This means that there was a small area on the front, top portion of your heart that showed a lock of blood flow during the stress test. Was this a normal stress test or a nuclear stress test? Normally, these results are reviewed by a cardiologist who must have determined that this was a normal stress test based on some other findings. You should ask them to explain further. It could be a false result, but you should ask.
