solution for heart

my father is 68yrs old.he has sugar from 1997.he was angioplasty by 2007 due to blocks in arterys,after one year he has creatinine  1.8 and his rt kidney was damaged. now he has some problem while walking and TMT test shows mild positive.if he will go for angiogram his creatinine will raise .what is the alternate solution for him.
