soreness in left chest

by cmptpp, Oct 26, 2007 12:23PM
I am a 40 year old female.  For about a week and a half I have been on antibiotics for a sinus infection.  Four days ago, I noticed a soreness in my left chest when I woke up in the morning. I only noticed this soreness when I was sleeping at night.  This morning the soreness was worse than it had been.  Now, if I breath very deep I can feel the soreness.  It feels like a pulled muscle.  Do you think this is heart related or could it be related to the sinus infection or possible pneumonia?
