steal syndrom(syndrome)?

steal syndrom(syndrome)?

In 2000 I had severe remote multiple trauma from major MVA, I 've had carotid-subclavian bi-pass / aortic stent graft for TAA. The left A1 segment of the anterior cerebral artery is hypoplastic. The left subclavain and left vertebral artery have been transposed and now originate off the the mid portion of the left common carotid artery. (due to the anomalous origin of the vertebral, aortic arch rather than subclavian.) With at least a 50% stenosis of the subclavian graft, 25% stenosis within arch, I am experiencing some sort of steal phenomena. Since 2000 I've had 3 cerebral aneurysm show up, one anterior communicator (5mm) witch has been treated by embolization,(2.5mm) one right, and one left ophthalmic, both at the ICA junction the (5mm) left has grown 2mm in 2 years somewhat alarming, not size but speed of growth. My question(s). Is there some sort of mild to moderate brain ischemia  associated with subclavian steal syndrome that could be contributing to these aneurysms. (e.g.cirrculation deficit within circle-of-Willis.) thanks for your attention to detail and professional     opinon.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   bradley in midwestern OH
