I've had 3 catheter ablations done on my heart and they run 4 catheters up the femoral veins and enter the heart that way to zap/burn errant electrical pathways. I know there's a difference between the veins and the arteries but I did feel kind of odd and a bit tired for about a week after each ablation. I was functional but didn't have my usual energy level.

I assume you had medication while they did this procedure. Give yourself a week to recover. If you have any breathing problems, swelling or redness at the entry site or chest pain, call your doctor right away.

yes, some people experience this, I did. Drink lots of fluids to flush out the contrast dye used. I felt chest pains too after my latest stents but everything settled after 2 weeks.
