Is this your first stent, or first experience with heart disease? Are you taking new medications, and perhaps exercising more/differently than you were previously? Foot discomfort could be from cholesterol-controlling drugs. If you are walking more, it could be symptoms of what is called Periphial Artery Disease (my spelling doesn't look right) or PAD as it commonly is called. Diabetes can certainly make your feet feel hot and tingely, I can attest to that, and generally the symptoms appear quickly. Stents I don't think should be a cause, and your right foot might be involved from the stenting procedure, but probably not both. Others may have more information, but I would certainly follow RANDAL2619,s suggest to ask your doctor. I wouldn't take those symptoms lightly.
Keep us informed.
Dear you should call your doctor & ask him. Dont hesitate you've payed him/her & he/she has inserted somethin in your body you've a right to ask him all sorts of questions.
