Hi, 30 year old male, moderately heavy smoker (I know, I know). Mildly obese. A very odd pain

Throat swab culture, then it might creep down to my chest, or just "hover" deep in my thorasic region or lungs region. It seems like it may respond and change positions with the different positions I sit in..or move on its own. This is very odd and I have no dizziness or shortness of

Exercise stress test a year ago (I had bronchitis that cleared on its own..but that was mostly a dry cough..I'm not coughing at all now). Most Recent test included an Upper GI series/barium test for abdominal pain which found inflammation in my Duodenum but doctor isn't concerned at all. By the way, I think sometimes I just need to burp, sometimes I can get a little gas up when this is happening but it just won't all come out? I can't be totally sure. Does this sound like just heartburn or something?
Thank you very much.

Read all of this epecially under the title "When Free Radicals Run Amok" and see how important huge amounts of vitamin C are.
Drink a lot of water just incase so you won't get kidney stones since no ones sure if huge doses of vitamin C does that but it does protect you from heart disease, cancer, getting sick, and a lot of other things.

Arterial plaque is, in essence a form of scab that forms on wounded arteries to protect us from internal hemorrhaging. What causes wounded arteries? One cause is free radicals, which can be combatted by antioxidants. But a second major cause of arterial wounding -- and arterial plaque -- was discovered by the author of this book, Dr. Kilmer McCully: elevated concentrations in the blood of a chemical called homocysteine. Homocysteine is a natural product of the metabolism af an amino acid called methionine and, therefore, our body's always contain some homocysteine. Vitamins B6, B12, and folic acid keep blood concentrations of homocysteine low enough to be safe. But deficiency of these vitamins can allow homocysteine to build up to concentrations that can wound our arteries and lead to the formation of arterial plaque -- which can eventually trigger a heart attack. Recent research has confirmed Dr. McCully's findings. If you want to understand the role of homocysteine in causing cardiovascular disease and resultant heart attacks -- and learn how to protect yourself from them -- I strongly suggest that you acquire and read this valuable book.
PLEASE QUIT I KNOW ITS HARD BUT I DID IT!!!
