i had diarrhea and have been sick to my stomach, my hands keep turning blue black and i am dizzy , have become aware that my breathing doesn't seem right . this has been going on for over a week, what could it be? I am 45 year old female.

You should really get a diagnosis from a professional Doctor because it could be so many things and tests are really required. If you have dizzy spells and differences in breathing, I would make an appointment much sooner than later.
