sudden fatigue, sweating

I'm male,  46 years old.  I can be driving in my air-conditioned car or hiking on a trail, when all of a sudden my forehead and back start to sweat profusely and I feel drained of all energy.  I'm not a big candy eater, but I suddenly wish I could just lay down and eat the biggest Snickers bar in the world to get my energy back.  I'm not sure if I feel "dizzy"; this experience in itself is so disconcerting, I'm dizzy without being dizzy. I don't feel faint and I don't feel that I'll fall down from lack of balance.  This might last from 2 to 5 minutes. .  Then it kind of fades away.  My shirt is wet.  I continue my day -- but i do get that sweet first !  I am also epileptic and take 200mg of tegretol 3x/day.  Thank you very much for helping me !
