symptoms are increasin

I have been having chest pains and palpatations for over 10 years.  I used to go to the ER when this happened, but stopped as every EKG came back normal.  My sister died at age 28 of a heart attack due to high choleterol and birth conrtol pills.

About 4 years ago I had severe palpatations and went to a cardiolgist.  He did a stress test and EKG and it was fine.

Two years later I was having chest pains but the palpitations were not as bad.  I just started taking Adderall (adderrall) at the time.  I was given a stress test EKG and an eco and it came back OK.

Now I'm having sever chest pains, sometimes I get the other symptoms of pain going down my back and in my arms.  I developed Acid Reflux about 6 weeks ago and I'm taking Nexium.  Last night I had severe chest pains and I didn't take any Adderall (adderrall) that day.  Tonight I have pain in my right jaw, but no chest pains.  But I took Adderall (adderrall) today.

I'm not sure if their is anything wrong with me and I'm just scared because my sister died, or if I'm developing heart problems.  I can't keep going to the cardiologist every 2-3 years.   I have chest pains weather I take the Adderall (adderrall) or not and had them long before I started taking it.
